Sweet potato fries (GF & DF)

If you’re anything like me, you might want to double up on the recipe. Between me and my dogs, these don’t last very long.
Ingredients
- 2 large, sweet potatoes
- 3 tbs Olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F
- Begin by peeling and cutting the sweet potatoes into approximately 1/2 inch thick and 2 inches wide
- In a bowl, combine the oil with the remaining ingredients
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Coat the potatoes with the oil mixture, ensuring all pieces are well covered by gently mixing with your hands
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, remembering to check after 15 minutes to see if they need to be flipped
