Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes, cut in half
- 1/2-pound green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 quartered boneless ham, sliced
- 1 (20-ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained (unsweetened)
- ¼ cup honey
Directions
-
Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with foil, greasing it lightly to prevent sticking
-
Arrange the potatoes on one-third of the prepared pan, leaving space for the green beans beside them leaving the other one-third empty
-
Drizzle the potatoes and green beans with oil, minced garlic, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper
-
Gently toss the potatoes and green beans with your hands, ensuring they are evenly coated with the seasonings but kept separate from each other on the pan
-
On the remaining one-third of the pan, layer the ham slices, followed by pineapple slices, repeating until all the ham is used. If your ham slices are thin, you can double them up to create thicker layers between the pineapple slices.
-
Brush the ham and pineapple with honey for a sweet glaze.
-
Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Enjoy your delicious sheet pan Easter dinner!
