Oven Baked Salmon (GF & DF)

This recipe always comes out perfect and has changed my way of cooking fish forever. If you want to impress your fish eating friends, this is the way to go. Even little Mabel, who is not a fan of fish, likes this!
For a side, try the coconut rice.
Ingredients
Salmon
• 1 – 2 lb. Fresh salmon piece
• ½ lime
• 1 ½ tsp Black salt (regular salt is fine)
Sauce
• 2 tbs Olive oil
• 1 tbs lime juice
• Salt to taste
• Bunch of cilantros (approx. 3 tbs diced)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 4000f
- Prepare Salmon:
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Rinse and pat dry salmon and place skin side down on baking sheet.
- Drizzle lime first then salt all over salmon.
- Put in oven and let cook for 15 mins.
- Prepare sauce: Mix olive oil, lime and salt together. Chop cilantro into fine pieces and add to oil mixture.
- Complete with cilantro sauce added on top of Salmon.
